- Press OK button or use the menu button.
- Use the directional arrows to select the settings icon.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Base Reset and press OK
- Enter your device PIN (0000) and press done.
- Select Reset to factory, then choose Yes to confirm
- Wait 5 minutes for the reset process to complete.
