To enable call forwarding on a Poly VVX 411 phone, follow these steps:
  1. Press the Home button
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Press Forward
  4. Select the Forward type
    1. Always
    2. No Answer
    3. Busy
  5. Enter the telephone number starting with 1+area code and number. Example: 13234656772
  6. Select Enable
If you selected the No Answer option, you should enter the number of rings before your phone forwards the call. A value of 2 is recommended.
To disable forwarding for all calls, 
  1. Press the Home button
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Press Forward
  4. Press Disable for the line.
