Yealink – Auto Provisioning Setup

Auto provisioning allows the administrator to activate a phone’s service through a software application without entering any configuration settings manually.

Before you begin you will need your auto provisioning information for your account. If you do not have this information, please contact support via email or telephone and let them know you need your auto provisioning information and they will provide you with everything you need.

1. Press and release the OK button on the telephone to get the local IP address.
2. Enter the IP address in your web browser in the format of https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and then press enter . Example: https://192.168.1.100
3. Enter your user id and password for the telephone, Default: admin:admin
4. Select the Settings tab
5. Select the Auto Provisioning menu item
6. From the Auto Provisioning page copy the form provided to you by support for the required fields
7. Once complete click Confirm to save the settings.
8. Once the settings are complete you may click Auto Provision Now to start the auto provisioning process.
