Statistics – Filters

Filters are used to allow you to sort reports based on “Date Range”, “Extensions”, and “Caller i”. Filters support Wildcard Character “%”

Date Range: Filters the data by date range, which means that the user can set a wished range for which data is to be shown. It can be a custom range or of the default pre-built ranges;

(‘Today’, ‘Yesterday’, ‘This Week’, ‘This Month’, ‘Last Month’, ‘This Year’).

From: Free Text entry which allows you to enter an extension number

To: Free Text entry which allows you to enter an extension number

Caller ID: Free text entry which allows you to enter a telephone number.

Trunk: Path that call takes to get to extension number.

Duration: The length of call entered in seconds
